Use current local inputs

Material prices, labour rates, taxes, permit costs and contractor availability change by location and date. Replace every sample unit cost with a recent supplier price, contractor quote or verified local benchmark.

Scenario method

For uncertain work, run low, expected and high cases. Include demolition, access, delivery, disposal, design, permits, taxes and contingency where applicable.

Review dates

Calculator structures are reviewed when formulas or fields change. We do not label a cost as current market data unless a repeatable source and effective date are displayed.
