Calculation Methodology
Every calculator is designed around editable inputs and a visible result rather than hidden location assumptions.
Calculation approach
Calculators combine the values entered by the user using standard arithmetic, time-value-of-money or property-analysis relationships. Defaults illustrate how a tool works; they are not recommendations or market quotations.
Testing
Every published calculator is automatically checked with its default inputs for missing configurations and non-finite results. Important decisions should still be independently verified.
Jurisdiction
Tax, lending, lease and measurement rules vary. Country selection changes currency and certain mortgage conventions, while location-specific rates remain editable.
